We are now looking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to fill the position as:

Account Manager - Based in Phnom Penh (1 positions)

Job Purpose:  As an Account Manager, the role is to provide professional sales expertise to the Wholesaels & International Customers/ Partners to help them meet their requirement of IPtransit, IPLC, Submarine, ... and to assist the department to meet and outperform the Wholesales/ International business objectives. S/he will do this by deepening customer relationships, exploring needs, recommending total possible solutions and closing sales so that s/he achieves and outperforms her/his target and department. 

I.Job Description

 - Ensures all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
5.Teamwork and Continuous Improvement
 - Support and actively assist other team members
 - Share successes and ideas within the team about what works and help others to focus on identifying ways to do things differently to create great outcomes for customers, team, department and the company.

II.Job Requirements 
•Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
•Minimum 4 years of Account/project management experience
•Extremely detail oriented
•Technical competence
•Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
•High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
•Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
