Sales Team Leader

Sales Team Leader - Based in Phnom Penh (3 positions)

Job Purpose: HR Trainee works to support talent acquisition and employee service team in managing recruitment database, recruitment process, training and employee service related tasks.

I.Job Description

• Promote and achieve revenue and sales targets within his designated sector

• Prepare Daily, Weekly and monthly Report

• Assist Line Manager to do Sale plan

• Generate sales leads and build the company's customer base

• Prepare and implement project plans, and effective sales strategies

• Prepare sales review and forecasts

• Liaise with technical support team within his designated sector

• Create, nurture and strengthen lasting customer relationships through regular customer interaction and effective resolutions of any technical concerns

• Monitor and report market activities and industry trends

• Manage and motivate his sales team to achieve team goal and targets

II.Job Requirements

• At least 1 years sales experience in ISP, IT or other related industries

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or IT

• Passionate and results-driven

• Customer-service oriented

• Language proficiency in both Chinese & English is an advantage

• Willingness to travel and work in team of professionals
