Our company has incorporated its own fibre optic, world Class Data center, MPLS, VPLS, Cloud services and other VAS services for enterprise solutions with our world class 24/7 technical support.

We are now looking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to fill the position as:

Head, Employee Experiences - Based in Phnom Penh (01 Position)


 I. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  •  Study, develop and manage end-to-end employee services from on-boarding to off-boarding to maximise positive employee experiences;
  •  Study, develop and implement different employee engagement programs to maximise high level of employee engagement;
  •  Study, develop and implement different employee reward & recognition programs to ensure Ezecom’s external competitiveness and internal equity;
  •  Work closely with business leaders as HR Business Partner to drive business result
  •  Provide professional advices to and deal with people managers and employees on disciplinary actions, separation and employee relation related issues;
  •  Manage all labor compliance related tasks to ensure that all Ezecom’s rules, regulations and practices are fully complied;
  •  Ensure Ezecom’s workplace physical environment is hygiene, safe and employee-friendly;

II. Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  •  University degree in HR Management or related field; 
  •  At least 5-year experiences in HR Management, preferably in tech and/or fast moving industry;
  •  Experiences in HR budget planning;
  •  Experiences in managing payroll, benefits, salary increment, and other short-term and long-term incentive program;
  •  Experiences in developing and implementing employee recognition programs;
  •  Experiences in developing and implementing employee engagement programs;
  •  Experiences in managing labor compliance;
  •  Experiences in working with employees and people managers to handle disciplinary actions and separation;
  •  Experiences in managing administration tasks
  •  Good in English both speaking and writing
  •  Strong sense of employee care and urgency
  •  Digital oriented
