Our company has incorporated its own fibre optic, world Class Data center, MPLS, VPLS, Cloud services and other VAS services for enterprise solutions with our world class 24/7 technical support.

We are now looking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to fill the position as:

Supervisor, Talent Management        - Based in Phnom Penh (01 Position)
I. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  •  Promote continuous learning culture by developing different learning programs, activities and events;
  •  Work closely with business leaders and employee to identify business and individual performance gaps and propose learning solutions to minimize or close those gaps;
  •  Develop & digitize learning programs;
  •  Manage learning & development budget and calendar;
  •  Build pool of internal & external trainers and training providers;
  •  Manage succession management program from end-to-end;
  •  Conduct different evaluation to prove the effectiveness of learning & development program 
II. Requirements and Qualifications:
  •  University degree in education, HR Management or related field
  •  At least 2-year experiences in learning & development, preferably in tech and/or fast moving industry
  •  Experiences in learning budget planning
  •  Experiences in conducting gap analysis
  •  Experiences in developing, designing and delivering training programs
  •  Experiences in working with external trainers and training providers
  •  Experiences in training evaluation
  •  Experiences in developing and managing digital learning program or platform
  •  Experiences in managing succession program and HiPo program
  •  Good in English both speaking and writing
  •  Strong sense of employee care and urgency
  •  Digital oriented
