We are now looking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to fill the position as:

Head, Customer Service - Based in Phnom Penh (1 position)

I. Job Description

  • Providing help and advice to customers using your Ezecom’s services;
  • Supervising customer service teams, learning about the products or services of Ezecom, and following up-to-date with modifications.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face Training staff or employees to deliver excellent customer service and involving in staff appraisals and recruitment process.
  • Developing customer service standards, policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all transactions that affect the customer service section are processed accurately by auditing the Sales quotation and customer application.
  • Analyzing data or statistics to identify the customer service level, Ezecom is providing.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service Ezecom is providing;
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service;
  • Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals;
  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service;
  • Help solve problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the front end.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management team

II. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in related field
  • Five plus years’ experience in customer service management related
  • Politeness, confidence, tact, patience, politeness, and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems.
  • Motivational, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to produce creative ideas to ameliorate customer service standards.
  • Ability to lead and supervise teams and work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to process information through BS2 system.
