Our company has incorporated its own fiber optic, world Class Data center, MPLS, VPLS, Cloud services and other VAS services for enterprise solutions with our world class 24/7 technical support.

We are now looking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to fill the position as:

Head, Enterprise Sales - Based in Phnom Penh (01 position)

Job Purpose: Leading the enterprise sales team to reach to target and territory. Develop the sales strategy to align to corporate strategy.

I. Job Description

  • Manage towards a goal of yielding profitable revenue growth for the company
  • Leverage knowledge of direct marketing practices to ensure that sales executives are focused and achieve their stated goals
  • Develop annual sales budgets and ensure that they are met when approved.
  • Develop and monitor the sales expense budget.
  • Develop a strong partnership with our dealers and key customers and initiate joint marketing opportunities.
  • Successful track record building, coaching, and managing a high performing, large inside sales team operating from remote offices.
  • Ability to successfully approach different segments of the market with highly varying pricing and packaging.
  • Proven ability to create effective compensation plans.
  • Proven skills to create and enforce highly efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Ability to get involved in complex scenarios and work directly with prospects and customers when needed.
  • Managing, motivating, and monitoring sales team performance
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Represent the company as a leader in the direct marketing services industry
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by
  • Develop and maintain strategic marketing alliances with partners to develop cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate the development of sales promotion and lead generation activities
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

II. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in related field
  • Must own telecom/ISP technical background as strongly requirement
  • Background/experience of financial analysis – costing, margin and business case
  • Five plus years managing sales executives within a successful direct marketing services organization.
  • Knowledge of direct marketing sales and services, and the ability to provide an integrated solution to prospects and customers.
  • Track record of success working with senior executive level client
  • Must be able to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and indifference and connects "need" with the company's solutions.
  • Impeccable oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
