Our company has incorporated its own fiber optic, world Class Data center, MPLS, VPLS, Cloud services and other VAS services for enterprise solutions with our world class 24/7 technical support.

We are now looking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to fill the position as:

Position: Executive, Candidate Experiences

Location: Phnom Penh, HQ

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support the whole recruitment processes include: developing announcement, screening applications, shortlisting and interviewing;
  • Build & maintain relationship with the candidates to ensure the candidate received good experience from EZECOM
  • Build talent pool and manage recruitment database to ensure the candidate’s information is tracked and up to date.
  • Work closely and build strong relationship with hiring managers to ensure an efficient & effective recruitment service are being delivered,
  • Identify the most effective channel ( online & offline) to post the announcement and explores the new recruitment channels;
  • Keeps track of all recruitment expenses to ensure HR recruitment budget is not overspent;
  • Assist to arranged and participate employer branding events to attract and network potential talents.
  • Build good relationship with universities, schools, NEA, event organizers to promote EZECOM Career Opportunity.
  • Manage on the preparation for letter offer, employment contract for new hired staff, and making sure that, they had completed the Compliances Requirement.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Proven working experience in recruiting;
  • Good knowledge of candidates' selection methods;
  • Good knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Aggressive and result-oriented.
Job Benefits:
  • 5 Working Day/Week (from Mon-Friday) – Two days off per work
  • Official Working Hour (8:00AM – 5:30PM); 12:00PM - 1:30PM Lunch Break
  • Full Public Holiday, based on the Labor Law
  • OT will be offered if they work beyond normal working or working on Weekend or Holiday aligned with Cambodian Labor Law.
