Our company has incorporated its own fibre optic, world Class Data center, MPLS, VPLS, Cloud services and other VAS services for enterprise solutions with our world class 24/7 technical support.

We are now looking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to fill the position as:

Network Engineer
- Based in Sihanouk (01 positions)
- Based in Koh Kong (01 position)
- Based in Bavet    (01 position)

- Based in Battambang(01 positions)

Purpose: This position is required to monitor and maintain day-to-day customer service operation of Ezecom. Provide responsible of monitoring, maintaining and remote troubleshooting whole technical support and incident resolution.  Maintain and control customers’ services availability, notification, update the status and track records.

I. Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist and coordinate with team to find any solution to EZECOM Customers.
• Maintain and monitor enterprise customer service level agreement.
• Troubleshooting and fault identification of customers problems, And fast rectification by coordinated level support (NOC team).
• Ability to work and support customer within 24x7
• Resolve technical issue for customers service that provided by EZECOM over the phone, remote. Support and on customers site required.
• Be prompt to perform actions to assist EZECOMs’ Customers.
• Keep on time for appointments with customers requested.
• Find solutions for difficult service situations.
• Suggest improvements to Management.
• Encourage and foster a Teamwork and Knowledge Sharing environment with Team.
• Promptly escalate issues and concerns to Supervisor or Management as required.
• Follow-up Colleagues inside EZECOM to provide service to EZECOM Customers.
• Maintain good communication with other EZECOM Staff.
• Maintain good relationships with EZECOM Customers and Potential EZECOM Customers.
• Communicate professionally with EZECOM Customers (and potential Customers) Face-to-Face, Phone, E-Mail and SMS.

II.Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in IT or other related fields.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and under pressure.
• Experience with Modems, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, VPN, Firewall, Fiber Optic and other internet related technologies.
• Basic understanding of Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing.
• Basic networking, IP Internet knowledge
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills for both Khmer and English (verbal & written). Multi-language skills are preferable.
