We are now looking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to fill the position as:

Customer Relation Officer – Based in Phnom Penh ( 5 Positions)
Job Purpose: Building relationship with customer by phone call and face to face as well as how to retain the existing customers.

I.Job Description
• Major Accountabilities:
1.Collaborate with billing, support, customer service and churn staff to ensure smooth transition among functions;
2.Visit customers and assist with renewal and reinstatement of policies/contract through collection of customer debt/outstanding payment and requisite documents for service requests;
3.Update contact details of the customers visited and educate customer on various services such as payment terms and service contract;
4.handle customers' inquiries in a courteous manner;
5.Effectively screen and then engage prospects and converts them to customers before passing through sales team;

• Minor Duties:
1. Promptly completes daily sales call logged, weekly sales checklist, and any other information on progress and performance;
2. Monitor credit collection to ensure debtors as per plan;
3. To provide 1st line technical support for English speaking customer; answering support queries via phone, email and fax;
4. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Manager.

II.Job Requirements:

• Education and Experience:

1.Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales/IT or related;
2.At least one year working experienced with related fields;

•Minor Qualification:

1.Generate more leads & opportunities;
2.Good written and spoken communication skill is both English and Khmer;
3.Excellent telephone manner;
4.Good computer literacy (Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail.); 
5.Strong customer focus with experience with superior negotiation skills and billing skills;
6.Excellent interpersonal skills;
