Job Purpose: Digital Engagement Executive will play vital role on producing social media content by working closely with PR person and maintain social media activities are under controlled and keep company branding awareness and more exposure.
Digital Engagement Executive ensure achieving superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
To oversee all involvement release and come up with strategic communication for company benefit reputation and working closely with digital team for social media contents.
1.Build and execute Social Media strategy;
2.Arranging Social Media budget plan;
3.Deliver and distribute social media up on determined budget;
4.Working closely with PR staff to build up company reputation through Social Media;
5.Develop monthly social media skeleton and weekly contents for fb, LinkedIn, Instagram and google+, youtube, line, wechhat….etc;
6.Managing youtube video ads;
7.Monitoring page creation or updates and cover design and editorial;
8.Monitoring on community management - reply, comment and private message both English and Khmer.
9.Develop and maintain all project deliverables, assuring projects are completed on time
10.Communicate and work with Digital Engagement executive and designers for content and artwork to be posted;
11.Monitor trends in social media tools and applications;
1.Assist in developing presence in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate;
2.Assist with other marketing and PR projects as needed to be on social media;
3.Preparing social media report.
4.Some other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
•Education and Experience:
1.Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification;
2.At least 2 years working experience in social media or related field;
3.Excellent consulting, writing both English & Khmer;
4.Demonstrable social networking experience;
5.Knowledge of Online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels;
6.Communication, marketing, business, Public relations are encouraged;
7.Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification;
8.Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies;
9.Relevant product and industry knowledge;
1.Excellent communication skills both in oral and in writing;
2.Excellent interpersonal skills;
4.Good in IT skills;
5.Initiative and creativity.
