Phnom Penh (November 13, 2015): The Secure Heritage project in partnership with the Documentation Centre of Cambodia (DC-CAM), EZECOM, and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) was officially launched this morning.  This joint initiative will contribute to the broader legacy effort to document and reconcile the Khmer Rouge era with a new secure system that will expand public access to these archives.




On February 22, 2017, Samdach Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Kingdom of Cambodia re-informed the public that “All Microfinance institutions belong to private sector not to government.”
