EZECOM TAKES POLE POSITION IN SIHANOUKVILLE ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN


The country's leading communications supplier EZECOM is taking a 'pole position' in a Sihanoukville-based road safety campaign. The campaign is the central theme behind the city's 2013 carnival.

The carnival, which has been organised by NGO M'Lop Tapang, is a three day event that is expected to be attended by thousands. It will include music, dance, fancy dress, parades and floats that will pass through the streets of Sihanoukville starting on Thursday February 21st and lasting through the weekend. The three day extravaganza will also include night-time concerts.

Although there is expected to be plenty of colour and fun this year the carnival itself has a central theme - ROAD SAFETY.

"As a socially responsible member of the Cambodian community EZECOM lends its support to a number of worthwhile causes that help develop the community," said EZECOM CEO Paul Blanche-Horgan. "This year's Sihanoukville carnival theme is one which we think is very important and necessary and, as such, we are delighted to be involved."
