EZECOM SUPPORTS DOUNG DARA 2017 IN PRMOTING JOB OPPORTUNITIES AT PHNOM PENH SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE

Phnom Penh – Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ) is organising its annual concert of Khmer New Year known as Doung Dara event on April 8, 2017 for their workers and surrounding local community.

Doung Dara event is created with multi purposes: to appreciate all workers at PPSEZ, to celebrate Khmer New Year, to promote better job opportunities in the zone and to strengthen good relationship between workers in PPSEZ and neighbors around the zone.

The event will feature performances from Cambodia’s famous pop singers and comedian as well as the contests of PPSEZ workers in singing, dancing, fashion show and drama performance.

Last year, the event was presided by H.E. Mam Vannak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, Lok Chumteav Oknha Lim Chiv Ho, Chairman of PPSEZ and joined by 20,000 participants. As for this year, the event is expecting an even larger participants, approximately 25, 000 in total.

Understanding the important of labor forces, EZECOM supports Doung Dara event to help promote job opportunities and increase employment that will in turn contribute to economic development and financial growth in Cambodia.
