EZECOM is Two-Time First Recipient of ISO 9001 for Quality Management

EZECOM, Cambodia’s premium internet provider, is proud to announce that we have officially achieved ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification by BM Trada, one of the market leaders in testing, inspection and certification services.

EZECOM is the first ISP in Cambodia to have got such acclaim. However, this isn’t the first time that we have achieved ISO 9001 certification either. Back in June of 2011, we were also the first – and for a long time the only – Cambodian ISP to have ISO 9001:2008 quality certification. This makes EZECOM a two-time first recipient of ISO 9001 quality certification in Cambodia!

Ms. Yuni Lee Heathcote, CEO of EZECOM, said, “We are extremely excited to once again achieve ISO 9001 certification for quality management. ISO has certified more than one million companies in over 170 countries. Passing certification validates that EZECOM has met the strict requirements of the new ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. This quality standard is applied to all relevant sections of the company including customer service. By achieving certification, EZECOM once again proves its ongoing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, fitting of a premium internet provider.
