Manu Rajan serves as Division Chief Executive Officer Royal Group’s Digital, Communications, and Technology (DCT) Division. With close to three decades of global executive experience across analytics, telecommunications, fintech, and financial services, Manu leads DCTs strategic direction, commercial growth, and digital transformation.​

In his role, Manu oversees the wider DCT portfolio—including cellcard, ezecom, ezesoft, telcotech, telemobile, and engageX—driving greater synergy, network innovation, and customer-centric digital solutions across Cambodia. Previously, he served as Group Chief Commercial Officer at Royal Group and Division CEO of Wing Bank, spending over seven years scaling financial inclusion and digital ecosystems. At DCT division, he is dedicated to empowering Cambodians through world-class connectivity and next-generation digital services.​​

Asitha serves as the Chief Business Officer at ezecom and ezesoft, leading the enterprise strategy through product innovation and commercial growth across connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, and business solutions.​

With over 22 years of international ICT leadership experience, including 12+ years in executive management, he has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives across Sri Lanka and Cambodia. Prior to the commercial role at ezecom, he was the Division Chief Information Officer for the Digital Communication & Technology Division of Royal Group.

He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Systems and Networking, an M.Sc. in Project Management (UK), and a Higher Diploma in Management. He is a professional member of the British Computer Society, Australian Computer Society, and Computer Society of Sri Lanka, and serves as Co-Chair of the ICT Committee at AmCham Cambodia.
